On Monday, I met with Tania. We discussed comparing and contrasting. She has to write a short essay in this format for her writing class. I had a worksheet printed out that had helpful transition words to use when comparing and contrasting. It also had a Venn diagram that we worked on filling out. The Venn diagram was very helpful for her. She was comparing Rhianna with a worship band called Hillsong. I had never heard of Hillsong, so she showed me a couple of her favorite songs.
