and I discussed the differences between dating culture in the United States and
Venezuela.
Cultural and/or
linguistic topics you and your partner learned: Adrien and I learned that the
dating culture in the united states and Venezuela can be very different. It
seems that people in the United States begin considering marriage at a much older
age than people in Venezuela. Adrien also felt that people in Venezuela are
more accepting of language barriers and cultural differences than American
people. We did, however, feel that the types of activities people do on dates are roughly the same both countries. Americans and Venezuelans both do simple
activities like having coffee, seeing a movie, or going to a park.
