Christian Ishak TS 10

I spoke with Do-Jun on Monday about funerals and weddings. We discussed the similarities and differences of these events between our two countries. In South Korea funerals are held on the day of death and last for three days. Meals and gifts are also provided. Our wedding traditions were pretty similar. The costs for weddings are astronomical in both of our countries and gifts of at least $50 are expected. It was an interesting conversation, and I can see Do-Jun improving in his English abilities, especially listening.
