I spoke with Do-Jun this past Wednesday and we talked about the airline industry. He had to work late a couple days this week because his company is working on a project that needed to be complete. He told me he used to work in shipping but moved to the airline industry because that is what he studied at university. He said he makes less money at his job now, but he is happy with his company and the culture. I asked if he would be interested in working for a bigger airline company and he said he didn't want to leave his company because they care about their employees.
