Meeting with Mardioli at 12:15p. I listened to a "conference" led by Mardi among four other female CIES students and some of their concerns. They spoke only in English.
She then rehearsed her short presentation due today " The dark side of the Internet" aloud. She has developed a short presentation about false news with well-presented ideas. Mardi is able to self-corrects herself and when some of her phrases are incorrect, she always wants to make her own corrections in her own words. I often do nothing more than suggest synonyms to her.
